PRE-OWNED TIMEPIECES

The purchaser identified below ("You") purchased the timepiece described below (the "Timepiece") which is previously owned.

What This Limited Warranty Covers and For How Long:  Romantique Jewelers warrants to you that the internal movement of the timepiece, under normal use, is free from defects in material or workmanship. This limited warranty applies to such defects brought to Romantique 's attention during the twelve (12) month period beginning on your date of purchase of the timepiece.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover: This limited warranty does not cover: ( 1) the case, bracelet, crystal or stem and crown of the timepiece; (2) the internal movement of the timepiece against any water damage due to the incorrect operation of the crown assembly; or (3) loss or theft of the timepiece 1 or damage resulting from loss, theft, misuse, abuse, or act of god.

ROMANTIQUE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NO MATTER WHAT THE CAUSE, INCLUDING DELAY IN RENDERING SERVICE, OR LOSS OF USE DURING THE PERIOD THAT THE TIMEPIECE IS BEING REPAIRED OR OTHERWISE AWAITING PARTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to You.

What Romantique Will Do: For a defect covered by this limited warranty, Romantique, at its sole option, will repair the timepiece or refund the purchase price you paid for the timepiece.

How To Get Service:  To obtain any required repairs covered under this limited warranty, you must bring the timepiece to the Romantique where the timepiece was purchased. You must provide your sales slip and this limited warranty describing your timepiece. Failure to comply with this paragraph shall void the limited warranty in its entirety.

Other Warranties: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ROMANTIQUE LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Other Rights Under State Law:  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
