Trade in your original natural diamond purchased from Romantique Jewelers and receive 100% credit towards a new diamond of greater value. Lab-grown diamonds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Diamonds purchased elsewhere will be evaluated on an individual basis for trade-in.
Insurance Claim Assistance: We assist with insurance claims to ensure that your valuable pieces are properly repaired or replaced. In case of loss, theft, or significant damage, we work closely with your insurance provider to facilitate the process.

Conditions and Exclusions: Our Lifetime Warranty is subject to annual inspections and maintenance to validate ongoing coverage. It does not cover theft, loss, or damage caused by accidents or misuse. For repairs performed by third parties, the warranty may be voided. All components of the item, i.e. side stones, center stones, etc. must be provided by Romantique Jewelers.
